In-House Policies

No pets

There will be a 150$ cleaning fee added if this policy isn't upheld. Service animals welcome. 

No smoking

There will be a 200$ cleaning fee added if this policy isn't upheld. There are designated outdoor smoking areas around the property for our guests convenience.

Lost and Found

 Hotel will store certain items left over by guest that are reported by  housekeeping staff for period of 30 days form the date it is found.  Hotel is not responsible for items left  after guest departure. 

Reservation Policies

Cancellations

Normal Cancellation  policy is by 4 PM local hotel time, 24 hours  before the date of arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty. Some special  events and holidays dates has 7days or higher cancellation time  required. Be sure to check your reservation confirmation or ask  reservation agent about cancellation policy for your specific  reservation. 

Failure to cancel the reservation within the appropriate time has a  penalty of first nights room rate plus taxes for each of the rooms under  this reservation. or full amount of prepayment on reservations for  Special Events dates, which ever is higher. If you cancel any  reservation, you MUST obtain and save the cancellation number for your  records.

You credit card will be automatically preauthorized on the day  before your arrival date for total estimated cost of stay. You are  responsible to make sure to have enough available credit to avoid  possible cancellation of your reservation.

No-Show Reservations

If a guest fails to show up for his/her scheduled reservation without prior cancellation, his/her credit card is subject to be charged for 100% estimated total costs of their stay. 

These charges will be assessed the day after scheduled arrival. Once charges are made, they can not be transferred to another stay or existing reservation.

Credit and Debit Card Holds

 When using a Debit Card or Check card for establishing credit or for  payment, an automatic HOLD will be placed on your account linked to your  card for the full estimated cost of your stay, one day before your  arrival date or at check-in if your do not have a prior reservation. In  case of change in method of payment our computer system will  automatically first reverse the previous transaction and then enter the  new transaction IMMEDIATELY. However depending on policy of YOUR BANK  the reversal may not be posted to your account immediately. Hotel staff  or management of this hotel have NO control over policy of your bank.  Hotel will NOT be held liable for any "insufficient funds" penalties  resulting form these transactions.
